Titan Solutions utilizes a HSE Management System which defines the principles by which we conduct our operations with regards to health, safety, and the environment.

Management communicates the HSE philosophy to all employees, customers, contractors, and third parties associated with our business, and each Titan Solutions operating unit must provide positive evidence of conformance to the system.



The HSE Management System Model Comprises of Several Interrelated Components Including:

  • Operations lead safety 

  •  JSA program/Audits/Weekly Audit calls

  • Observation Reporting

  • Safety Steering teams (SST) Create Process Improvement Plans

  • RCA Training and Reviews by management

  • Performance Audits, Reviews, and Scorecards
